I'm professionally trained in Gottman (Level 2) and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and informed in other relationship modalities. I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT) frequently. I am LQBTQ+ allied and work with ethical non-monogamy and the kink community.I'm currently completing professional certification in sex therapy with the American Association of Sexuality Counselors, Educators, and Therapists (AASECT). In this scope, I work with clients who have diverse sexual concerns including desire discrepancy, intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction, out of control sexual behavior, sexual shame or trauma, or those who simply want to find and embrace their sexual selves alone or in relationship with their partner.I also have training and years of experience in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), which I find helpful in treating clients with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I provide KAP in conjunction with local medical professionals at Cache Ketamine.I occasionally provide workshops, retreats, or groups. Keep an eye on my Event page for current offerings or contact me for information.

About

I spent most of my career in the non-profit world but moved to direct therapy because I realized the one-on-one relationships with people navigating life were what I really enjoyed.I received my BA from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and MSW from Utah State University. I spend my free time quilting, exploring, and raising my four kids with my partner in Cache Valley.
